To submit a condolence message, simply tap on the "Condolence" section from the app’s main menu. Fill in your name, write your message, and upload any photos you wish to include, then click "Submit."

To upload a photo or memory, go to the Live Photos section in the app. Click "Post Photo," select your image, and add any accompanying text or title. Once you’re ready, tap "Submit."

Currently, there is no option to edit or delete a post once it’s been submitted. If you need assistance with correcting a message, please contact our support team.

If livestreaming is available, it will appear in the Home section during the scheduled time of the event. Simply tap on the "Livestream" link, and the video will begin streaming.

To report inappropriate content, please reach out to our support team via email with details of the post. We will review the submission and take appropriate action.
